This Amendment (“Amendment”) is to the original Agency Company Agreement (“Agreement”) entered into between Safepoint MGA, LLC (“Company”) and Agent. This Amendment changes, modifies and amends the terms and conditions of the Agreement as specifically addressed in this Amendment and becomes a part of the Agreement. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.

Pursuant to this Amendment, Company, on behalf of Manatee Insurance Exchange (“Manatee”), desires to expand the scope of Agency’s previously granted authority to include authority to solicit all authorized coverages of Manatee and to appoint insurance producers to solicit such authorized coverages on behalf of Manatee. The authorized coverages for Manatee shall be the same as the previously authorized and ongoing authorized coverages. In return, Agency is willing to accept the additional responsibility granted pursuant to this Amendment and agrees to abide by all of the terms and conditions of the Agreement and this Amendment thereto.

In consideration of the promises and covenants contained herein, the Parties agree to amend each term of the Agreement, including any and all schedules, addendums or attachments to apply equally to Manatee Insurance Exchange and Safepoint Insurance Company.

Additionally, Agency acknowledges and agrees that the commission schedule in effect for any coverages solicited on behalf of Safepoint as of the date of the signing of this Amendment, shall be the commission schedule in effect for Manatee. Any future changes or modifications to the commission schedule shall be governed by the terms and conditions of the Agreement.

This Amendment shall become effective as of the date of the last signature below.
